Adopting the moniker Energy Slime, the duo of Jay Arner and Jessica Delisle waste no time on their debut release, New Dimensional. Fitting 10 songs into an economic 13 minutes, all of which reside within the grooves of a 7″ vinyl.
“Star on the Ground,” the first single from New Dimensional, is a lo-fi take on the grand synth pop of Jeff Lynne’s Electric Light Orchestra, albeit transmitted from a Vancouver, Canada bedroom.
Energy Slime will soon cross the border to play their first US tour dates starting in April. Details below.
