First Listen: Idle Bloom – Some Paranoia

Aggressive yet melodic, Nashville quartet Idle Bloom harness a sound that’s equal parts Go-Go’s and L7. Bearing less studio polish than either, “Some Paranoia,” the title track from the band’s forthcoming debut EP, errs more towards Belinda and Jane than Donita and Suzi thanks to vocalist Olivia Scibelli.

The band’s six-song EP Some Paranoia will be released on on 4 December via theory eight records. In advance of the release, Idle Bloom hit the road starting today. Full schedule below.
